Any disputes that cannot be resolved at the Customer Service Manager level are then escalated to the Vice President of Operations. If a dispute cannot be resolved in house then such disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, pursuant to the then current Commercial Rules of the America Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Santa Ana, CA and the arbitrator or arbitrators shall be required to have expertise in computer & software related matters.
